Slope Stabilisation
Geovert has been delivering slope stabilisation solutions in New Zealand since 2001 - across state highways, rail corridors, and critical infrastructure in some of the country's most seismically active and geologically complex terrain. With 25 years of experience in New Zealand, Australia, North America and the Pacific, we combine innovative engineering with safe, economical construction methods suited to the specific ground conditions of each environment.
Our specialist plant and equipment - including custom-built High Reach Drills (HRD) - enable safer, more productive works on embankments, slopes, cuttings, and high walls of mines. These in-house innovations allow us to access challenging sites while improving efficiency and reducing risk.
With hundreds of successful projects completed, we work in both construct-only and design-build capacities. Our collaborative approach focuses on understanding each client’s safety, commercial, and environmental risks, then developing engineered methods that achieve the most effective and durable outcome. From small-scale remedial works to major infrastructure projects, no slope stabilisation challenge is too complex.
In New Zealand, Geovert holds Physical Works Prequalification with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi in Geotechnical Services - covering rock and slope stabilisation, rock removal and slope drainage - and is listed on the NZTA Supplier Directory for Physical Works. Geovert is also prequalified with KiwiRail. These credentials enable rapid engagement on state highway and rail network contracts without preliminary procurement formality.
