Remote Access Construction

Specialised construction methods for alpine projects in remote and high-elevation terrain.

Remote alpine environments often present extreme challenges for construction, from limited access and steep slopes to short seasonal windows. Geovert specialises in delivering works where traditional methods are not possible. Our crews use heavy-lift helicopters, rope access, and custom alpine equipment to transport materials, install foundations, and assemble structures safely in otherwise inaccessible areas.

This expertise enables the delivery of avalanche protection systems and other critical mountain infrastructure without compromising safety, schedule, or environmental standards.

Benefits:

  • Enables safe construction in remote or high-elevation alpine terrain

  • Heavy-lift helicopter capability for rapid material transport

  • Specialist equipment and rope access for steep, inaccessible slopes

  • Proven performance within short alpine construction seasons

  • Reduces environmental impact by minimising ground disturbance
