Project
Overview
The Colony at White Pine Canyon in Park City, Utah, features one of the largest residential avalanche protection systems in North America, with over 200 Erdox barriers protecting homes and infrastructure from snow slides.
Following deformation caused by heavy snowpack, 216 barriers required removal, repair, and reinstatement. The works demanded extensive helicopter support for transport and careful sequencing to ensure barriers were returned to their precise positions, restoring the system’s performance ahead of the next winter season.
