Results

  • All 11 towers delivered across 11 different locations, meeting programme objectives for the rollout.

  • Client gained the efficiency of a multi-discipline contractor able to self-execute every aspect - reducing interfaces and site time.

  • Execution approach aligned with access and compliance constraints for remote sites, enabling efficient assembly.

Project

Solution

  • Single-contractor, self-execute model combining fabrication, ground engineering and difficult-access expertise.

  • Constructed tower foundations using Geovert micro-piling equipment, concrete pumps and specialised drilling.

  • Working-at-heights erection supported by all-terrain cranes and helicopter lifts for remote placements.

  • Standardised project services/plant lists to streamline repeatable delivery across the eleven sites.

Project

Challenges

  • Each tower sited on unique, hard-to-access locations, demanding tailored logistics and setup.

  • Strict environmental compliance requirements across multiple sites.

  • Multi-stakeholder coordination throughout planning and delivery.

Project

Overview

A programme to expand wireless coverage required the build of eleven 50 m lattice communication towers across rugged terrain. Scope covered full delivery - from fabrication through foundations to erection - executed as a single, integrated package. The rollout leveraged multi-disciplinary capability spanning ground engineering, heavy lifts and difficult access to keep interfaces tight and sequencing efficient.
