Project
Overview
At Boddington Gold Mine in Western Australia, Geovert has been Newmont’s preferred ground support partner for a contracted 18 years. Our role combines ground support, slope stabilisation, and rockfall mitigation to ensure safe conditions for personnel and equipment in one of Australia’s largest gold mines.
Geovert’s versatility, offering both ground-based and rope access solutions, has underpinned the partnership’s success. The collaboration has included investment in bespoke plant, such as the remotely operated Geovert High Reach Drill (HRD), to improve safety, efficiency, and innovation in ongoing operations .
