EonCoat is a breakthrough in corrosion management for carbon steel assets, providing long-term protection through a fundamentally different mechanism than traditional coatings. Unlike barrier-only solutions, EonCoat chemically bonds with the steel surface to form an alloy layer that is permanently integrated into the substrate. A ceramic topcoat containing a phosphate reservoir then delivers continuous, self-replenishing protection, effectively “immunising” the steel against corrosion.
This two-layer system is exceptionally durable, offering resistance to heat, abrasion, and corrosion under insulation (CUI). Applied as a single coat that cures in just 15 minutes, EonCoat simplifies application, minimises downtime, and reduces surface preparation requirements. It is safe for confined spaces, requiring minimal PPE, and provides efficient clean-up.
Beyond performance, EonCoat is also environmentally responsible. Its water-based, inorganic formulation is non-toxic, contains zero VOCs, and is free from hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
