Results
Project completed ahead of schedule with full compliance to design and safety standards.
Provided the client with a durable, kinetic-energy-rated protection system enhancing global motorsport safety credentials.
Strengthened Geovert’s reputation for precision installation of high-performance Geobrugg systems within complex timeframes.
Project
Solution
Mobilised a crew of rope-access technicians supported by telehandlers and knuckle-boom EWPs to complete the installation efficiently.
Installed three fence types incorporating 11 end posts, 48 middle posts, and 12 diagonal struts, pinned and wedged before final grouting for stability.
Followed Geobrugg’s installation procedures under direct oversight, ensuring optimal fence performance and certification.
Project
Challenges
Fixed shutdown period allowed no program extensions, demanding precise sequencing and resourcing.
Uneven terrain and limited ground access around high-speed corners restricted equipment placement.
Strict compliance with Geobrugg specifications and event-safety protocols required rigorous quality control.

Project
Overview
Geovert was commissioned to install Geobrugg debris fences at Turns 4 and 6 of the world-renowned Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. The works formed part of a safety-upgrade program designed to improve spectator and rider protection while aligning with international motorsport standards.
All works were completed within the circuit’s limited off-season period, requiring careful planning to avoid disruption to scheduled events. A Geobrugg representative was present throughout construction to verify quality and compliance with manufacturer standards
