Our standards are supported by continually monitoring compliance to systems and bench marking performance through an established audit and inspection system, undertaken by external parties and our APP-based management tools. All outcomes are reviewed by the leadership group and where necessary changes are made to policies and systems with innovations captured and implemented to ensure continuous improvement for the business.
