Geovert's specialist rockfall protection and slope stabilisation services have been called into action by the devastating Christchurch earthquake of February 22, 2011. Geovert have mobilised a team of specialist personnel working on the hill slopes of Christchurch, around Mount Pleasant, Redcliffs and Sumner, reinforcing the slopes, clearing rockfall hazards, blasting where required and assisting the USAR geotechnical teams on emergency works.
